Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We do our best to portray the colors available on different skin tones, please review all photos on our website, gallery pages, and social media to get the best idea for your complexion prior to making a buying decision. If your purchase is damaged during transit, please use the Contact page to get in touch with us and we would be happy to help!

Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of completing your purchase via USPS. Shipping confirmations and updates are sent via email. There may be delays from USPS due to COVID-19. Flat rate US shipping is $5 USD. We offer free US shipping on orders of $50 or more.

Due to US Postal Service restrictions on nail polish, we are unfortunately, unable to ship internationally at this time.
