This neon fuchsia was inspired by the parties that take place during the Carnival season, which are typically themed or have performances by top musicians and/or DJs. This color represents the fun, freedom, and lifestyle of Carnival.

Note: This color may stain bare nails. It is recommended to apply our Base Coat first. Neons usually dry with a matte finish. It is recommended to use our Top Coat for a glossy finish.

Size: 15mL / 0.5 fl. oz.

Directions: Apply base coat, 2-3 thin coats of polish (to desired opacity), then top coat. Allow 2-3 minutes dry time per coat.
